The CEV Women’s Health & Technology Fund is dedicated to investing in high-growth, female-centric healthcare and technology companies across the United States, with a strategic emphasis on the IIC. We’re backing exceptional founders that address the unmet clinical, economic, and social needs of women—while generating compelling venture-scale returns for our investors.


Blockchain & web3 is entering its institutional era. After a decade defined by speculative trading, consumer crypto apps, and experimental protocols, CEV is embedded in the next phase of value creation is shifting toward infrastructure-grade Web3 systems—decentralized identity, provenance networks, verifiable compute, smart-contract automation, and tokenized real-world assets.


Artificial Intelligence is reshaping global markets, but the next decade of outsized returns will not come from consumer applications or generic LLMs. W3e believe the most durable value creation will emerge from Utility AI—AI systems embedded into industrial, manufacturing.
